Dr. Michael Geary has been practicing jyotish, traditional Vedic astrology, for over 40 years, consulting well over fifteen thousand people. Hi use of jyotish has deepened with experience but is now also supported by my his of universal principles found in the world’s wisdom traditions. Jyotish gives his clients a map of their potential, strengths and opportunities as well as an understanding of how time cycles in their lives may help or challenge them in realising their potential. The use of wisdom principles in his coaching helps them act powerfully to achieve their best.

Michael is also passionate about applying wisdom principles in business both as a ‘webpreneur’ and as a coach to business people looking for strategic perspective. His educational non-profit, Cranmore Foundation, researches the world’s wisdom traditions to identify universal principles. These wisdom principles are reformulated as design principles for building better businesses and a more sustainable society.  Michael has consulted for a broad array of institutions, businesses, governmental agencies, and individuals from all walks of life.

In 2003, Michael founded www.panchang.coma site free and open to the public that helps people make better use of their time using Vedic astrology. He is also the author of several books. His most recent book, The School of Braja explores the magical and healing effects of sacred sound known as Kirtan and Bhajan, the music of India’s ancient Bhakti Yoga devotional tradition.

A practitioner Bhakti Yoga for over forty years, Dr. Geary studied with A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami in the 70s and was more recently mentored by the late BV Narayan Swami, a respected Vedic scholar and teacher of the path of love and devotion found in the Bhakti texts of India.
