This is very important. It’s okay to become skilled, you can recognize when the students in front of you or in yoga class or in mentorship have embodied the structure of what you are trying to teach.
And competitors, they’re going to try to imitate that, your style, your prompts, all of it.
But the reality is you are an OG. Your words, your prompts, your aesthetics, that’s fine. But the devotion that you embody, the science that your very life is actually creating, the real-life thresholds, the guidance that you can give that comes through the architecture of your transformation.
