TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sanctuary Mission Trust (“SMT,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of our websites at www.jaishreeyoga.com, www.soulmappingmatrix.com (and any other sites we operate, collectively, the “Sites”), and any products or services made available through the Sites (the “Products,” together with the Sites, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Services

SMT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services (including paid Products) in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, without refund and without cancelling any remaining installment obligations.

For paid courses, SMT grants enrolled students a limited license to access and view the course and associated content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only, subject to any course-specific conditions. Except where we give written permission, you may not reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, sell, lend, sublicense, or create derivative works from any course content (this includes content accessed via APIs or SMT-controlled social channels).

Lifetime Access. Where stated, “Lifetime Access” means for the lifetime of the Service, not your lifetime. If the Service ceases, access ends.

2. Payment

You may purchase Products via one-time payment or installments. By purchasing, you authorize SMT (or its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

We may cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing/description errors, non-payment, or availability. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information you submit is accurate and complete. To process purchases, we may use third-party processors; you authorize us to share necessary information with them, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Refunds

General policy. All Products are non-refundable unless a specific Product page or checkout page states otherwise. If a specific Product policy conflicts with this section, the specific Product policy controls.

If SMT issues a refund, your license to use that Product terminates. Unless expressly stated in a Product-specific policy, installment obligations continue even if access is revoked for breach.

Soul Mapping Mentorship & Coaching (specific).

• Sessions are confidential.
• Cancellations/reschedules require 24 hours’ notice or the session is charged in full.
• For the 3-month Quantum Leap Package only: a full refund is available after the first session only if you email info@jaishreeyoga.com within 24 hours of completing that first session. Single sessions are non-refundable.

4. Availability; Errors & Inaccuracies

We work to keep information current, but Services may contain errors, omissions, or be incomplete. We may correct or update information (including pricing and availability) at any time without notice.

5. Your Content

If the Services allow you to submit content (“Your Content”), you grant SMT and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit Your Content in any media for providing or promoting our Services.

You represent that you own or have rights in Your Content and are at least 18 years old.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability) will survive.

7. Your Conduct

You agree not to: violate laws; infringe IP or privacy/publicity rights; harass, defame, or deceive; access without authorization; reverse engineer; scrape; share or permit unauthorized access; or reproduce/resell the Services or Products except as expressly permitted.

8. Proprietary Rights

SMT owns the Services and all related IP rights. The Services are protected by U.S. and international laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use the Services or any content therein.

9. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license to Your Content and that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent where permitted by law).

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless SMT, its affiliates, officers, directors, owners, agents, and licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Products, or your breach of these Terms. SMT may assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification; you will cooperate as reasonably requested.

11. Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability

AS IS. The Services (including Products) are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, currency, performance, or results. Your use is at your sole risk. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice; consult a licensed professional as needed. There is no guarantee of results or earnings.

Limitation. SMT and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct damages, if any, are limited to the fees you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Ulster County, New York, before a single arbitrator, under the rules of JAMS (or a comparable forum). You and SMT waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Ulster County, NY.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Sites and updating the “Last revised” date. Changes become effective when you first use any Services after the posting date. Changes to payment obligations apply to future purchases only. If you do not agree to changes, stop using the Services.

15. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, email info@jaishreeyoga.com and mail a notice to:

16. Links

The Services may link to third-party sites. SMT is not responsible for their content or practices.

17. Miscellaneous

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. These Terms are the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings. SMT may assign; you may not. No waiver is effective unless in writing. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder will remain in force. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including, without limitation.” Notices to you may be sent to your latest email on file; notices to SMT must be sent to info@jaishreeyoga.com.
