Today is my birthday 🎉.

In my yoga lineage it is tradition to give on one’s birthday, and that is my honor. Kalanidhi, Narayani and I are almost at the finish line of a huge endeavor that has taken our blood, sweat, and tears. It’s the kind of endeavor that deserves its own announcement.

So for today, I am offering you a proper birthday present that is joyful, sincere, passionate, benevolent, healing, and auspicious…

Your sacred space and healing, your beautiful, brave and powerful BEingness will manifest during this very challenging but also brilliant time on the planet.

All it takes is one half of the blink of your eye, to have your whole life changed. That was the gift I received from my Gurudeva, and the core principle I use in my work.
