The crows are coming to clear out what’s left of our your old life, your old programming, and any old stories that don’t serve you anymore.

And then the storm will come to open you up just enough for the rain to make it fresh.

But you can be the storm. You can be the crows. And you can be the rain.

It’s easy to stay active and believe that activity is the work, but activity is not the only work. In fact, it can be quite the distraction from dealing with the root issues.

Think about it: why do surgeons cut out a little bit of healthy tissue along with the disease? So that the change happens at a level worthy of healing.

New growth happens when you not only address the trauma, but do all the work to heal it, and then actively participate in your relationships. 

Yes, your relationship with yourself as a new human.

Yes, to simultaneously see, hear and feel others in a new way, as new humans.

Each time you see them.

Only after you become your best friend, after you can be in love with yourself alone as well as with others, will you know the depth of your healing power.

Listen, you will never know exactly what someone else is feeling at any given moment. Actually, you feel yourself, others, the world and yes, your trauma/drama all at the same time, but that’s another story.

This moment – your moment – is a project. To tap in on consciousness – individually and collectively – and ask:

“Where is my healing taking root?”

And then:

“How am I loving today?”
